For over 30 years we have been conducting clinical studies on infectious and internal medicine issues in Berlin
The concept of EPIMED is that of an independent clinical research facility. It connects high quality treatment in the medical practice on one hand and the excellent quality of data acquisition for research purpose on the other hand. With over 140 studies in 25 years, we are proud to have been closely involved in key developments of ART research.
EPIMED also sees itself as a natural part of the “Berlin Model,” which, since the beginning of the AIDS pandemic, has pioneered the linking of clinics and general practitioners, research and care, prevention and treatment, AIDS assistance and care.

For patients with new HIV diagnosis without treatment (naiv) or under current standard treatment
For patients with chronic hepatitis B with the aim of a functional cure
For patients with NASH (fatty liver disease) to improve the degree of fibrosis
For patients alcohol-associated liver chirrosis
For patients with tumors (oncology)
For patients with gastrointestinal conditions
For patients with kidney conditions
