A study to investigate the safety and efficacy of GSK4532990 compared with placebo in adult participants aged 18 to 65 years with alcohol-related liver disease.

Objective

Improvement in quality of life with reduction in complications of liver cirrhosis

We are looking for patients with:

  • regular consumption of alcoholic drinks: (Men> 15 Standarddrinks/Week; Women > 8 Standarddrinks/Week)
  • Liver cirrhosis
  • No HIV, Hep B, Hep C
